Active workplaces that existed before workplace licensing is introduced remain grandfathered at no additional charge. Archived workplaces do not consume a license. Managers, devices, and login sessions do not count as workplace licenses.

Billing and online checkout are not active yet. No charge will be created until they are explicitly enabled and approved. The system prepares payroll reports; it does not issue official payslips or tax filings.
